CONVERGENCE

I just built an entire company second brain in < 1 hour doing this...

Hi Reader,

This evening I built the knowledge layer (aka; Obsidian vault) for a new AI-native growth program we're launching soon.

It took about an hour.

I used Claude Code and my existing IP.

While a lot of people may think that time-to-value is the real exciting piece here, that's not it for me...

The growth strategy now has lightening fast retrievability to be executed across 6 different growth engines at scale.

The part that I love most about this vault is the growth strategy it houses, and how that growth strategy now has lightening fast retrievability to be executed across 6 different growth engines at scale.

That's ^^ the part that I'm really excited about!

The knowledge layer contains the minimum viable foundational context for an entire growth function:

  • Ideal customer profile
  • Positioning
  • Messaging
  • Brand voice
  • Methodology
  • Offer structure
  • Content frameworks
  • Proof points

Of course we need to add to it and to tweak it, but...

How could I get this entire layer built and delegated in less than an hour, you ask?

I'd already created most of the strategic assets as sort of "dummy data" in various "Build with AI" courses I've been delivering.

And yeah, I spent 20 years developing and refining my marketing expertise to know what goes into those assets, but that's besides the point...

The hour was spent organizing it into a structure that AI can understand, retrieve, learn from, and deploy as-needed.

When most people hear stories about building something in an hour with AI, they assume the AI did the thinking.

In my experience, that’s rarely what creates the best outcome.

The vital parts are still:

  • The application of subject matter expertise...
  • The strategy...
  • The customer understanding...

AI simply allows us to package, deploy, and operationalize that thinking much faster.

Think about it this way...

If I handed ChatGPT a blank document and asked it to build a complete growth strategy for a startup, the result would SUCK. Pure generic, AI slop that would be nothing but a liability to a startup seeking growth.

If I gave it:

  • Years of accumulated customer insights, positioning work, proven frameworks, case studies, and operating principles, and
  • Then gave Claude 2 weeks to find hidden relationships between those assets before producing results...

... the result would be dramatically better.

Same AI. Wayyyyyy better context.

The good news is that most founders already have more valuable knowledge than they realize.

It’s sitting inside:

  • Sales conversations
  • Customer interviews
  • Internal documents
  • Team discussions
  • Product decisions
  • Founder experience

The challenge is that the knowledge isn’t organized in a way that AI can use and retrieve in the ways that are needed to be effective.

That’s becoming one of the biggest opportunities I see right now... building better context systems.

Because once the strategic foundation exists, AI can help you move much faster.

Without it, you simply accelerate confusion.

I’m curious, what’s one piece of knowledge in your business that would create massive leverage if it were organized, documented, and instantly available to your team?

Hit reply and let me know.

I’d love to hear your answer.
